Hey girl! Today I am going to be showing you 6 ways to wear a graphic tee! If you ever see me around Bucknell, I am 99.9% most likely wearing one of these outfits. Graphic tees are my favorite wardrobe staple and I cannot be stopped from buying a cute one when I see it. About half of these outfits are super casual/comfy and the rest are dressed up a little but. I wanted to be as versatile as I could with what I have in my college wardrobe. I wore the same tee in all of these photos so you can really get an idea of how many looks you can create with one shirt!
I am actually so excited for my post next week that I have to tell you about it now. It's going to be a spring break-related post!!! Yayayayaayay. I wish I could've gotten that out today, but I'm waiting for a package to come in the mail for one of my outfits! But definitely stay tuned because I have some spring break content planned that you won't wanna miss!!
Starting off with the most basic look: a graphic tee + leggings. I'm pretty sure you don't need to read a blog to know about this iconic and staple combo. In my opinion, the more oversized the better with the tee so it covers a little more of your booty in the leggings. I just feel more comfortable that way when I'm going to class. BUT, if you do occasionally like to show off that 🍑, you can totally tuck it in or tie it!
This outfit is basically another rendition of the last one, but I can't not show how awesome biker shorts pair with graphic tees. Literally whenever the temp is above 50 I will be seen as pictured above, LOL. I will tie a leather jacket or sweatshirt around my waist sometimes too as an accessory or just in case I get cold! This is also such a classic errand-running outfit too, that's why I styled it with my beloved Lululemon fanny pack in the photo. And obviously my fav shades😎
If you've ever read my blog before you'll know that I'm a DIE HARD vegan leather gal. Obviously I had to pair the tee with my cute little leather shorts. You can totally swap these out for some leather pants or leggings too. I find that the contrast between a simple graphic tee and the vegan leather really creates such an awesome look. You can also dress this up or down so easily which I love. I dressed this particular look up with some white heeled boots and a cute bag, but you can make this super casual as well. Rock on! 🎸🎸
This might not be everyone's vibe... BUT HOW CUTE?! I am obsessed with this little western look I threw together. Yes, this may be more of a late spring/summer outfit, but how fun is this? This particular tee is a little too short to be worn as a dress, so I added my fringe skirt underneath. This will cover you up and add the most fun texture ever. Since I went with the fringe skirt, I HAD to throw on my new white cowgirl boots. To DIE for. Again, this is just another example of how much you can do with a simple tee when you want to get creative! You can totally pair this with any skirt you want and do a cute lil tuck. I wish I had my midi ribbed Abercrombie skirt to show you too because that would also be a super cute way to style this top.
Flare everything nowadays!! Tees and flared leggings are basically every girl's uniform these days. But these flared leggings are extra special because they're velvet and a fun green color! This takes the look up a notch from just classic flared black leggings (which also rock). I dressed this look down a little because I wanted to show that you can still put together a cute outfit that's still casual enough to get things done throughout the day. This fit is so cute and also sooo comfy.
Ahhhh. College life. Lastly and most importantly, the completely cozied and chilled out rendition of a graphic tee outfit. I paired my tee with my super fun and favorite comfy sweatpants. I'd feel comfortable wearing this to class, to run errands, or just to snuggle up and study in my room. I obviously had to pair this with my cheetah slippers! Again, you can still be both cute AND comfy! That's why I really try to find comfy loungewear that is still really fun and unique.
I really hope you enjoyed this fun little post I threw together. Basically the moral of today's blog is to be creative and find different ways to wear things! I am totally guilty of buying things and only wearing them one way every so often. If you learn to get creative, you can wear the same thing more often and it can be a totally different outfit!
