Hi everyone! I am so excited to bring you my very first Halloween costume post! Halloween always pops up on me at the last minute so I've never had the time to make a costume idea blog in enough time in advance to actually help anyone! Since all of these costumes are fully from Amazon, these are all perfect costumes to put together now or at the last minute. Who doesn't love Prime 2-day shipping!?
These are my 3 Halloween costumes from last year. I had mono during Halloween so I literally put these costumes on, did my hair/makeup, took photos, and went right back into bed. I'm so sad I didn't get to wear these costumes anywhere because they're so cute!!
And like I mentioned, they're all fully assembled from Amazon. With just a few items, you can easily create these fun and cute costumes at a pretty low cost! A lot of the items can be reworn outside of Halloween too!
This disco girl costume was so much fun and so easy. I got this fun 70s print bodysuit from Amazon with the go-go boots! You can totally leave the costume at just that, but I got a matching headband for $8 and it really tied everything together! It was also fun to have an extra little accessory. You could add some fun glasses or carry a microphone too! I put some bright orange eyeshadow on for this look and it was definitely such a vibe!
I also forgot to mention that this was a group costume I did with my roommates! This is a great costume to do solo or as a group. We all got different 70s printed sets/bodysuits with the go-go boots and it was so fun. You go together but also don't look stupid individually. I didn't get a good group photo because of the #mono but we looked adorable I promise. :)
The pirate costume was definitely my favorite of the 3. It was so simple and basic but literally the cutest little costume ever. I got a simple flowy white top and black skirt (that I've reworn a ton since) and threw the corset and belly dancer belt over! I tied it together with the red bandana and red lipstick and felt like the cutest ever. You can definitely add an eye patch or a little hook to make this even more pirate-y! I didn't feel the need since I sadly just had this costume on for a few minutes!
The Hooters costume is HILARIOUS and so iconic. My friends and I literally bought the matching set Hooters costume and paired it with simple white tennis shoes and that was it. This is a super simple costume but it's really funny and unique. This is perfect for any college gals that want an easy costume that doesn't require much thought.
I actually did go out for a little bit in this costume and everybody loved it. Sooo many people came up to me and complimented the costume or asked me to take their order... LOL!
These costumes turned out sooo good last year. They were so easy to put together but still looked very thought-out. Definitely 3 slays. I hope I gave you guys some inspiration for Halloween this year! I'm excited for what I have planned this time around!😈
