Hi everyone!! I am SO EXCITED to bring to you the first spring break themed post!! I have so many for you within the next 2ish weeks so GET READY. Today I'm going to go over some of my spring break travel essentials... basically my must-haves if you'll be traveling somewhere warm in the next few weeks. I tried to cover the basics but also some things you might not think to grab on your own. Either way, I hope you enjoy this post and are getting excited for an upcoming trip!
Since I use LTK now, every single item in this post will be linked right here!!

First off, if you'll be traveling on an airplane anytime soon you're going to need some masks. I like these classic black disposable ones from Amazon. You'll also need these if you'll be in Ubers or any other sort of public transportation I believe. And depending on where you're headed, you might need them throughout your trip as well. It's always good to have some extra on hand especially when you're traveling.

This is probably the millionth time I've linked the Lululemon belt bag, but I can't help it because it's my favorite travel bag. It relieves so much of my travel stress to have my wallet and phone physically strapped to my chest, lol. This also prevents you from having to sift through a larger bag for your ID or cash. (And nobody counts it as your "personal item" because you're technically wearing it lol, so I still carry a small rolling suitcase and a weekender style bag as my carry-on and personal item!!) This is also so nice to have if you're going out to eat on your trip or exploring and don't want to carry a purse.

If you're anything like me, a cute baseball hat is a must for any trip. I love wearing hats in general, but there's something about wearing one when traveling that makes it 10x better! It's also perfect to have on hand if you're going somewhere sunny! It'll protect your face and scalp from those harmful rays!

And speaking of harmful rays... you must must MUST remember to pack sunscreen. Really, you should be wearing some form of sun protection every day, but it's especially crucial if you're laying out in the sun. Sun poisoning and skin damage is NO FUN, so please don't forget to protect your skin!

Another way to protect your skin on a daily basis is through a tinted moisturizer with SPF in it! I use this Bare Minerals complexion rescue every single day and it's my favorite. If you're a foundation girl, having something a little lighter and more moisturizing during a trip might be just what you need!

You also obviously have to keep your lips moisturized as well! I am still obsessed with my Laneige lip sleeping mask and it will 100% be joining me on the plane.

Having a good pair of sunglasses on your trip is definitely an essential. My polarized Ray Bans are one of my fav gifts ever (thanks Andrew!) and I wear them almost every day. You most likely won't see me without these while I'm in the Arizona sun.

If you'll be spending a long time on an airplane, a good book is definitely a must. I've heard lots of people talking about "People We Meet on Vacation" and it's a perfectly themed travel book! I'll be ordering rn and reading it during my 5 hour plane ride to Phoenix😎 A book is also a must if you like to read by the pool/beach! Don't forget to pack your paperback or download something new onto your kindle!

It's super important to stay hydrated in general, but especially if you're going to be in the heat. I'm 100% packing my hydro flask to keep my water cool during my days out by the pool. This also doubles as an airport hack: pack an empty bottle to get through security, then fill it up after so you don't have to pay for a bottle in the airport/on the plane!

If you want to be even EXTRA hydrated, you've got to try LiquidIV. Using 1 little package in your water counts as like 3 glasses rather than 1! They have so many fun flavors to try. LiquidIV also has energy boosting mix and sleep mix!

I am literally dying over these Tory Burch jelly slides. I just got a pair in bright neon orange and I can't WAIT to pack them for my spring break travels. You gotta have a good pair of pool/beach shoes that can get wet and cleaned off easily! I used to always forget to pack an extra pair of shoes for the pool.

And last but not least, hand sanitizer!! Cause germs are gross. Especially if you're traveling, there are so many germs everywhere. In addition to those post-travel blues, it would be no fun to come back from your trip sick.
Thanks so much for reading today! I hope this post reminded you of some essentials to throw in your suitcase for spring break. Stay tuned in the next couple of days for more spring break content! If you're like me, I'm sure you're also counting down the days until your vacation. We are ALMOST THERE LADIES!!
Talk soon.
